In-person Training

Looking to make progress toward your goals with 1-on-1 sessions?

Monthly 1-on-1 session packs:
$340 (4 sessions; typically 1x/week)
$655 (8 sessions; typically 2x/week)
$960 (12 sessions; typically 3x/week)

My 1-on-1 personal training sessions are designed around your specific and unique needs. We’ll start with a 15-20 minute Zoom consultation to talk through your goals, fitness history, availability, and answer any questions you may have. During an in-person session at 410 Fitness, we’ll review your intake forms together and complete a gentle movement assessment. From there, I create a fully personalized, evidence-based program tailored to how your body moves and what you want to achieve.

Each 45-minute personal training session provides focused, supportive coaching in a judgement-free environment so you can build strength, improve movement, and move through life with confidence.

Session packs are to be used within a 4-week period.

Each 45-minute session provides focused, supportive coaching in a judgement-free environment so you can build strength, improve movement, and feel more confident in how you move through life.

I’ve known Nat for about three years, and when she became my coach, I had no real background in this type of training.

She was patient from the start, met me where I was, and helped me steadily improve over time in both confidence and ability.

Nat brings great energy and fun to every session, and what stands out most is her knowledge of strength training technique and how to push people the right way while keeping them motivated.
— Flav L.
  • Nat brings an energy to training that makes you want to show up and improve. Her attention to form and her ability to keep sessions engaging creates an environment where you’re not just going through the motions, you’re actually learning. The way she coaches reminds me of the best college professors - she doesn’t just teach you what to do, she makes sure it sticks. Because of her, the progress I’ve made in the gym has carried over long after the workout ends.

    —Vince S.

  • Nat is enthusiastic and passionate about her work with each client. I’ve learned so much working with her and have had so much fun in the process! She is inclusive, kind and thorough. Highly recommend having Nat as your coach!

    —Erin E.

  • Nat has been an incredible coach to me for 7 years, always providing well-structured workouts with thorough preparation. She has an intuition of when to push my limits and offer modifications to suit my needs. Her compassionate approach and expertise make her an outstanding coach for anyone looking to reach their full potential.

    —Rachel V.

  • I walk into the gym with a constant fear of being injured. Nat manages to encourage and push you to your best in a way that prioritizes your comfort level. She will watch you, evaluate, and then the words: "Wow! Maybe you wanna try to go heavier?" No pressure. Just the confidence that sometimes a person doesn't have in the moment, she will pour into you. 5 stars, highly recommend, she's the best!

    —Jo P.

  • Nat’s attention to detail has helped me improve my form in many movements. If you are looking for cues to get a lift to the next level, make sure to connect with her! You will not regret it

    —Ryan W.

  • Nat perfectly couples positivity and encouragement with clear technical guidance. Before joining 410, I had never touched a barbell or kettlebell in my life and was worried about injury (being a bit older...). With Nat at the helm, I'm ready to try it all!

    —Christina M.

  • As a former college athlete, I can honestly say Nat is one of the best coaches I’ve ever worked with. She has the rare ability to meet you where you are while still pushing you toward what you’re truly capable of. She pays close attention to form, and balances warmth with accountability in a way that feels both motivating and genuine. Beyond being an outstanding coach, she’s simply a wonderful person. Five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    —Jenny O.

  • Gyms can be intimidating. Especially for folks returning to them in their forties. I expected to lose motivation within weeks. Six months later, I was surprised to find that going to strength class had become a daily practice. And a second space. That all comes down to the trainers. Coach Nat knows her form and technique. But it’s her easygoing nature, sense of humor, kindness, and genuine investment in each individual that make her truly one of a kind. She’ll help you build strength. And community. I’ve never been happier to go to the gym.

    —Jamie F.

  • Nat is a fantastic coach- skilled, supportive, and thoughtful. She is really tuned in to each athlete's needs, and is great at modifying workouts for injuries while keeping it challenging. She bring the perfect blend of motivation and humor, and always makes me feel like my fitness goals are within reach (even when I don't!) She's a big reason why I keep coming back.

    —Rachel W.

  • Coach Nat is excellent - thanks to her kind, clear, encouraging coaching, I’ve gained skills I never thought possible (pull-ups! Rope climbs!) and gotten stronger than ever. She meets you where you are, and makes fitness fun!
